We at Go West do not charge an engagement fee like many other agents. We let the properties and the area speak for itself. Once you have settled on a property we charge 2 % of the purchase price (+GST)

Investors should note that the cost of using a buyers agent is tax deductible and you should speak with your accountant about this.

We truly believe that we will save you several times our commission by finding you the best property at the best price.

Please note that we work with a brilliant finance broker,who can always get you a loan regardless of your income. If you don't have any liquid cash but have equity, a refinance into a line of credit will get you started.
